Our History

Ghana Communication Technology University formally Ghana Telecom University College  had accreditation to run Graduate programmes in 2006.  Within the same year, it delivered the premier postgraduate programme in Masters in Information Communication Technology with a total of nineteen (19). In September 2008, the Graduate School introduced new programmes in telecommunications engineering and management.

Today, the Graduate School delivers over twenty programmes in collaboration with six international partners and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) , our mentor university in Ghana. The School has graduated over 4600  students as at November 2019 including international students from China, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Gambia, Gabon, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea and Iraq.

Our graduate programmes have been designed to equip graduates with essential knowledge of very current theory and related practical experience, giving our student a head start in the real business world.
